    Orders

    After you have completed your order, it may take 2-5 business days to process before the goods are shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your goods have been shipped from our warehouse.

    Our normal delivery times are 5-10 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

    All prices in the store are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), and VAT is not included in the price. It is important to be aware that any customs fees and VAT may be added to your purchase. As a customer, you are responsible for covering these costs if they occur.

    We reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

    Right of withdrawal

    When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

    5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

    You must notify us that you regret your purchase. The message must be sent to us at . Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and which goods the return concerns.

    You should immediately and no later than within 30 days after the withdrawal notice return the products to us.

    You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and the condition of the products upon return, therefore the products should be sent well packaged and in the original packaging. If you want a return label from us, a cost of 75 SEK will be added. The amount is automatically deducted from your refund once the return has been received and approved.

    From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the item in the case of a used or damaged product.

    5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    Products that, due to health or hygiene reasons, have been sealed and where the seal has been broken by you.

    Products that are sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.

    Custom-made product, which has been specially tailored for you or has a clear personal character according to your wishes.

    Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the service beginning without right of withdrawal.

    Goods that can quickly deteriorate, for example food.

              5.2.1 The right of withdrawal - goods in packages: 

    If you purchase a package with several copies of the same product and use one or more copies from the package, you cannot withdraw the used copy and request a refund for the individual copy. To be entitled to the right of withdrawal/refund, the entire package and all copies of the product in it must be in new condition, unused and show no signs of wear.

    Complaints and claims

    We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product nevertheless be damaged or incorrectly delivered when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the fault free of charge.

    You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

    The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

    6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?

    Any faults and defects must always be complained about to where you state your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the fault.

    If we are unable to remedy the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

    Limitation of liability

    We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.

    We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may for example be labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or failed delivery from supplier.

    Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

    We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on screen, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.
