    For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Returns

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. The refunded amount will then be deposited into your account within a few banking days.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Address and Contact Information

    We are not responsible for incorrect address or contact information provided at the time of ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information is correct and complete before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the shipment has left the warehouse, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the address, contact information, product variants, or packaging.

    Unclaimed Packages

    Orders delivered to a pickup point must be collected within the time period specified by the carrier in their notification. If the package is not collected within the specified time, it will automatically be returned to us. Please note that unclaimed packages are not considered a valid return.

    If you would like us to resend the package after it has been returned to us, a shipping fee will apply, normally 75 SEK. The fee may vary depending on the weight and size of the order.

    We recommend that you always collect your package on time to avoid unnecessary costs and delays.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email using our contact form.
